Welcome to our Self Service Portal

This portal provides facilities depending on weherther you are Staff, Student or Parent, but its main purpose is to let you change your password without needing to log into school.



What do I do now?

Step 1: Sign in and enrolment.

When you arrive here for the first time, please sign in using your username and password. 

You will be prompted to choose two security questions and provide the answers. 

In future when you login, you will not be prompted to enrol.

Step 2: Change your password (if you want).

Once you have enrolled, you will see two or more tabs acrossd the top of the page.

Eveyone will have a ‘Change Password’ tab.

Clicking this will prompt you for your old (current) password twice.

It must meet the requirements given at the top of that page.

Step 3: My info.

Staff and parents will additionally see a ‘My Info’ tab.

Staff will be able to see and update some of their details.

Parents will be able to view the email address we have on record for you.

If you want to update a box which is greyed out, please contact IT Support on or ring the chool on 01535 632861.

What if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, you can use the ‘Reset Password’ link to reset it.

This will ask you the questions that you created during enrolment, then allow you to reset it.
