Within the Science Faculty our aim is for students to develop their scientific knowledge and understanding of the world around us.

They will become science literate individuals and learn to develop analytical and evaluative skills and encourage curiosity.

Remote Learning

When the school has to close during term time or when we have students who have ‘enforced absences’ (for example who are shielding or self-isolating during the COVID-19 pandemic), we provide work to ensure that learning continues.

While at home you will be set work in line with your normal timetable in school.

Please check the Google Classroom for your Science class and access learning materials and complete any work that has been posted there. If there is no specific work for you there, then you should access the work linked below during your Science lessons, while at home.

Year 7

Make use of these great resources from the Oak Academy. Use the links below for each of your Biology, Chemistry and Physics lessons. You can work through each lesson and complete the worksheets/quizzes there.
