Praise for Shakespeare Schools Festival Cast

The cast of the Shakespeare Schools Festival have celebrated another successful year and production.

The company, made up of students from all years, performed Romeo and Juliet at Leeds Playhouse on Wednesday 26th March, in front of a packed crowd. The story was told through a mixture of music and acting, set in a post-apocalyptic world.

Students were praised by the Shakespeare Schools Festival (SSF) team, who described the performance as "electric."

"We are in awe of all your passion, hard work and creativity! What you have accomplished is something truly special, and we are already looking forward to reimagining Shakespeare with South Craven School again next year."

Well done to the whole cast!
