South Craven School is delighted to report the brilliant achievements by Year 11 students in their GCSE and Level 2 Vocational qualifications.
We are very happy with the excellent results achieved by the year group; especially considering the amount of disruption and challenge they have faced during their time at South Craven.
Headteacher Martyn Hill said, “We are so proud of the achievements of Year 11 and I want to congratulate every single student on their hard work, positive attitudes and resilience during such a tough five years. I would like to thank parents and carers who have supported the school so strongly, especially in the last two years. I would also like to thank the staff at South Craven, who worked hard every day with our students to help them achieve their potential.”
Head of Year 11 Nick Truelove said, “Today has been an incredibly rewarding day for me to see so many smiling faces. I am extremely proud of every single Year 11 student and wish them every success in the future.”
Many Year 11 students will now be returning to South Craven in September to start Sixth Form courses, whilst the school continues to support others with their progression to local colleges and apprenticeships.
